Thank you for supporting Exerchain. This shipping policy applies to orders placed through the official EXERCHAIN Shopify store.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- For pre-orders, shipping timelines may vary depending on production and inventory status. (e.g., “Orders will begin shipping from mid-June 2025.”)
- If there are delays, we will notify you via email or through our official announcements.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- United States: 5–10 business days after shipment
- International: 10–21 business days after shipment
- (Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local carrier conditions.)
All shipping timelines are estimates. Customs clearance and local courier delays may impact the actual delivery time.
3. Shipping Destinations and Limitations
- We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
- However, shipping is not available to certain restricted regions, including:
- Sanctioned countries (e.g., Iran, Syria)
- Remote or unsupported areas by our shipping partners

4. Shipping Providers and Tracking
- We ship using trusted carriers such as DHL, USPS, and local 3PL partners.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
- You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address and order weight.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the product page or site banner.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- EXERCHAIN does not collect or pre-pay these charges.
- Customs procedures may delay delivery, and such delays do not qualify for refunds.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is significantlydelayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us within14 days of the expected delivery dateathelp@exerchain.iowith the following:
- Order number
- Your full name
- A description of the issue (photo attachment if applicable)
We will do our best to assist you with tracking or resolution.
For lost or damaged shipments,we offer one-time free replacement, subject to internal verification.
8. Failed Deliveries and Return-to-Sender
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability, and the package is returned:
- Customers are responsible for covering round-trip shipping fees for reshipment.
- If there is no response within 14 days, or repeated delivery failures occur, the order may be canceled without refund.

- For early backers, please note that shipping may be delayed due to ongoing production and scaling logistics.
