• You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your product.
• To be eligible, your item must be:

1. In original condition (no visible damage, scratches, or missing parts)
2. Returned in its original packaging (if possible)

If you're experiencing any issues with your product, we kindly ask that youcontact our support team first.Many issues can be resolved quickly through app updates, troubleshooting steps, or usage guidance.

• We do not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect size selection once the product has shipped.
• If your item has not yet shipped, you may contact us to change the ring size.

• Used, damaged, or scratched items
• Items returned after 14 days
• Failure to cooperate with troubleshooting steps
• Digital services (e.g., app subscriptions or AI predictions)

• If the return is due to a confirmed product defect, we cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
