Why does my forecast keep changing?

Do I need to use both EXERSCALE and EXERRING?

For the most accurate results, yes.
EXERSCALE measures your weight and body composition, while EXERRING provides real-time movement and recovery data.

Can the prediction be wrong?

Prediction is based on data patterns — not guarantees. But with consistent logging, our AI learns and improves accuracy over time.

Which smartwatches are compatible with the app?

The app currently supports Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch, and any device connected through Google Fit.

My device won’t connect to the app. What should I do?

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the device is fully charged.
Try restarting both your phone and the device.
